The CSU Collection consist of over 150 linear feet of material and is arranged into 14 separate Record Groups. Each Record Group reflects the Columbus State University's organizational hierarchy with minor variations being made to facilitate future accessions. Materials in the collection document the rich and proud tradition of education and public service of Columbus College/Columbus State University, 1958 - present.

CSU Scholars at Beijing Normal University farewell dinner Fullbright-Hays scholars including CSU participants this summer received a formal send off from Beijing Normal University. The group toured China and studied the culture. CSU representatives seat in the first row from left to right include Ragjopol Shasti, director of grants and sponsored programs; Craig Lenhard, director of the Office of Community and Business Resources and John Dunlap, professor of psychology and sociology. Pamela Howard, assistant professor of information services is standing second from far left, second row. Muscogee County School District teachers Jean Anderson (second row, far left) and Kathy Summerford (second row, far right) also are pictured.
