I install and perform maintenance on internet, phone and cable services. During this pandemic I have been to over 200 house holds of varied race, religion, and age groups. The most shocking part of this experience to me is how the majority of these customers did not seem at all stressed about the virus. I was welcomed into their homes when it was needed for me to complete my task, and some even refused to do self- installation to limit contact. Over all everyone was very polite, and also understanding of me wearing a mask. From my experiences the threat of contracting the illness was secondary to the inconvenience of not having internet or television to watch.
